Tips for Stress Management

Welcome to the second video in my video series on managing stress during the holidays. If you watched the first video in this series, you’ll recall that I said that some degree of stress is good for you. You may also remember that I invited you to notice your own stress responses. Having a sense of what your triggers are and how you experience stress can help you manage those feelings when they come up. In this video, I share some tips for managing stress. Anyone can do these tips if they remember to do them. These tips vary from physical activities you can do, to questions you can ask yourself in order to get more clarity about a stressful situation.

See if you can remember to give these ideas a try the next time you find yourself feeling stressed or overwhelmed. If you do end up giving these tips a go, share how they worked for you in the comments below. While this would not be therapy, I’d love to know how these ideas worked out for you. You may be surprised by what you discover!
