Recorded resources are a great way to provide support to the greater community. As a music therapist and counselor, I find recording — whether audio or video — to be a valuable means of sharing information and providing resources to those who can benefit from them. On this page, you’ll find a sample of audio and video recordings I’ve created to help those who could benefit from some additional support to enhance their mental well-being.
If you feel like these recorded resources aren’t enough for you and that you could benefit from additional mental health support, contact me. We can talk more about your situation and see if you would be a good fit for working with myself or with SoundWell Music Therapy’s music therapy student intern.
Audio Recorded Resources
The audio recordings you below are intended to help you with managing feelings of stress and to reinforce mindfulness practice.
Guided Meditations
The following guided meditations are based on scripts from the book “Diving Deeper: 30 Guided Visualization Scripts for Individual and Group Work,” by music therapist and GIM practitioner, Stephanie Bolton, MA, MT-BC. The music are original improvisations by me, Faith Halverson-Ramos, MA, LPC, MT-BC.
Video Recorded Resources
Here you can find some videos I’ve created on topics related to mental health, music, mindfulness, and living a balanced life. You can be notified of new videos I make when you subscribe to the SoundWell Music YouTube channel. You can also like us on Facebook to know when we’ll be doing a Facebook Live.
