What Personal Goals Do You Want to Achieve for the New Year?
Welcome to 2019! This time of year tends to bring with it a desire to create change and transform ourselves. If this applies to you, what are your personal goals for this new year?
It’s great to want to make positive changes in your life, but sometimes the ideas stay just that. Ideas that don’t translate into action.
This can happen for a variety of reasons.
- Sometimes it feels too overwhelming to change and you don’t know where to begin.
- Life sometimes happens in ways that make your desired changes not possible right now.
- Sometimes, you may realize that you really don’t want to change, or you’re not ready to change. And that’s ok, too. Simply recognizing this is a step in creating change.

However, I want you to be successful in recognizing the best you possible. That’s why I want you to recognize the steps you need to take in order to create change in the new year. While at the same time holding an attitude of loving-kindness towards yourself when making these changes.
