Hospice & Palliative Care

It can be hard managing a chronic or terminal illness. Things that you enjoy doing you may not be able to do anymore. You may feel as though the world is closing in more.

Likewise, it can be hard for your family and loved ones. Seeing you in pain or unable to do the things that gave you great joy hurts them, too. You may have things that you want to tell them, but you don’t know how. They may also have things that they want to say, but don’t know how either.

Music can be a great balm for managing a person’s physical, emotional, social, and spiritual pain. I have many years of experience working in hospice and palliative care. These experiences have allowed me to work with people and their families as part of the multidisciplinary team.

I work with hospice and palliative care programs in Longmont and Boulder County. I also work with individuals on a private pay basis, involving their families when possible and if desired. Services are provided in home, wherever home is for a person.
