About Faith

Faith Halverson-Ramos, MA, MT-BC, NMTFaith Halverson-Ramos, MA, MT-BC is a Transpersonal Psychotherapist and Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC). She has additionally been trained as a Neurologic Music Therapist. She is a professional member of The World Federation of Music Therapy (WFMT), The American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) and The Colorado Association for Music Therapy (CAMT).

Faith has worked with people of all ages, from preschool-aged children with special needs coming from diverse, multicultural backgrounds, to elderly individuals and their families receiving end-of-life hospice care. Faith has also worked therapeutically with at-risk adolescents and as a private music instructor with school-aged children who have learning challenges.

In her work, Faith draws upon her professional experiences and knowledge of human development and attachment, trauma, grief and loss, stress management and the mind/body connection in health and wellness.

Through her studies, Faith recognizes the role that quality of life plays in one’s well-being, and through music and sound, she helps others to enhance their quality of life and expand their sense of well-being.
